Donations and fundraising efforts of our public events contribute to
the endowment for the long term upkeep and maintenance of the Longview
Arches and Pergola so that these historic structures never again fall
into disrepair and neglect.
Gale Communities has accepted
the management and cost of restoring the Longview Arches and Longview
Pergola. Once the restoration is complete and the New Longview
community is developed, Gale Communities will transfer the ownership
and responsibility for the Arches and Pergola to the New Longview
Foundation, assuming the endowment has appropriately grown.
